A new set of keys from Wes and the lock works beautifully. Oiled the lock, greased the bearings, and got the fork assembly back together.

Well I'm thoroughly impressed! Sent the seat pan to Bob U and asked him to recover, but I wanted a patina/distressed look to it.
I absolutely love the result, this is going to look fantastic on the bike.

Now I just need to find some patina wear tabs for it.

Cleaned these parts a couple weeks ago and forgot to post pics.

Rear hub assembly fully cleaned out and serviced.
Rear fender mounted.
One rack bracket was missing. Got a set from bicyclebones, but couldn't put a shiny new one on this bike, so added some patina to it.

Front hub parts cleaned. Bearings greased. Put back together.
The Lightning Dart tires it came with are cracked pretty bad.

The bike is screaming for black wall tires. So, I obliged with a set of Typhoon Cords I've had laying around for years.
