Wore out three sets of tires already!
NOS New in the box Aeroplane Propeller Ornament and Flag Holder. The box is in fair condition, the ornament, hardware, and instructions in great condition. I can turn the propeller with my finger but it is tight and certainly will not turn in the wind. I was tempted to pry off the propeller to see if I could get it to spin on it's own but will leave that to the new owner. Although there is provision to mount flags they are not included as stated on the box.
