Riding a '37 Dayton Super Streamline
Ok so I finally have possession of a Motorbike I won at auction a few months ago and thanks to @vincev and @Kramai88 to getting this to me. Below are some pics and this one is kinda throwing me a little bit. I know the seat, bars, guard, and wheels are all incorrect. What is a little confusing is the post war badge spacing at 3 3/16” and the tank graphics. I see no ghosting of a Motorbike decal and it doesn’t look repainted. Also the front fender looks like it had a front loader instead of a Silver Ray. Frame and fenders look to be original paint. Has a interesting set of tires I’ve never seen before as well. Thoughts? I suggest you post this in the goofy Schwinn thread. Where to start. First congrats! Second I can straighten those truss rods if you dont want to search for a new set. Front fender looks like postwar. Badge maybe one of those big badge types they uses such as Lincoln did in the mid thirties as that particular one was larger in spacing but there may be others prewar badges that have same spacing as postwar ovals. Or look to see if the holes are newer and maybe hiding under paint might be prewar spacing types? Have fun with it and if its just too much too and you're losing sleep over it I have cash in hand?

I’ve seen a couple of bikes like this. Possible Schwinn Guarantee factory work replacement? I think @cyclonecoaster.com has a 41 canti with postwar parts.
Alos had a Schwinn postwar oval badge on it.
front fender looks post war - 2 separate indents for rods and fork arms rather than one long indent

what does the mounting tab on the rear fender look like?
and
what is the serial #
