What Schwinn Tandem is this?

It was a Town and Country minus the wheels, chainguards, fenders...a real mess
I call a foul! You ask for advice, but offer no photo, AND then supply us with inaccurate information.

No Town and Country tandem (either the early one, or the later one), was originally built with 27" wheels, they did not have drop handlebars, or bar end shifters.

A pile of assorted parts, is just a pile of parts, it's not any model.

The info was correct. the original wheels and fenders are long gone swapped for 27" wheels as were the drop bars/shifters
 
This must be it. Looks like a 1962 T & C that has been super modified. For sale in RI. on Facebook for 50 bucks, marked down from $100.
