Just a heads up, putting a bike as deluxe as this together from the frame up is the expensive and hard way to go. If I were buying a tank model, I'd definitely have a tabbed frame. These forks flop over and it's always a shame to look across and see the damage done.
 
I have a 1948 Firestone Super Cruiser, basically the same as a 1947 Monark Super Deluxe, dual springer and the wife has a girls 1953 Firestone Holiday single action springer. Both do not have tabs.
