@tjkajecj what tires are on the bike if you don’t mind me asking?

They are an inexpensive ($29 shipped per tire) 700x38c Wanda tire purchased on eBay.
I have used these tires on most of my 28" bikes with modified 28" metal clad wood or Velocity Blunt wheels.
Have hundreds on miles on a set without issue.
Tread pattern is not the most attractive, but they have no colored markings on the sidewalls and they do fill out the fenders gaps quite nicely.
