Rear fender, two dents in tubing as shown in pictures, no front wheel or handle bars, seat is a board as shown, no front fender. I put that between 1920-22. There is a big gap in my registry of bikes that have been verified through serial and crank date from the late teens through 1923. It has the same frame construction and head tube length as my Electric which is serial 216730. I put mine at 22/23 but no crank date to verify
