Need help shipping a bike from Madison, WI

I found a bike frame with fork and chain guard that a guy in Madison has for sale but won’t ship because it’s “too much of a hassle for him.”

I’m looking for someone who’d be willing to pick it up and either pack it or take it to a bike shop and have them pack it and ship it to me in Shawnee, KS (a Kansas side suburb of the Kansas City Metro.) You can reply here or direct message me if you can help.
