Colson LWB straight bar frame/ fork

I believe this is a ‘37. Straight bar long wheel base frame, fork, and seatpost. Nice larger frame.
Solid condition, has been repainted long ago. Some paint discoloration on the back of the seattube. Hole in the top tube (for tank?). Fork threads split at the top, but doesn’t cause issue. Old stem wedge stuck far down in steer tube, doesn’t get in the way of a stem.
