Excellent original set of hubs that will help set your machine apart from the rest!
This version of straightpull spoke is relatively easy to emulate by modifying a standard spoke rather than the ball end etc variations which require more specific spoke heads.
Both hub spin smoothly, one has a small chip out of the outside of one race (as shown by the coaster peg) but does not effect function.
In the correct setup of these hubs there is a small notch that sits inside a recess on respective sides of each hub, this allows for that side of the axle to "nest" and the other side to tighten the axle.
