Been a while since I've picked up any bike stuff. '52 Schwinn standard, '66 bike plate, and a sign I know very little about. Looks to be porcelain. The red rim was calling me to see if it is original paint underneath.
Got sucked into a good yard sale... The monster clamps are supposedly Stearns of Syracuse New York, who started business in hardware and branched out into bicycles for a short while around the turn of the century. Also got a super sized v block, small bubble level, small clamp and brand new thread file. I couldn't walk away because the prices were too good for instance this rolling tool cart was $5.
dog dish/poverty early Chevrolet hubcaps ( a few repop 55/6/7) to use that were sitting in a box in my garage for 2 years. No I didn't drill into them. I created a clip system with a ring glued inside/ used a glue gun. The plan was to run them on my 61 Corvette, but even upgrading to almost NOS still wouldn't clip on rims tight enough to be secure. Went back to the stock full spinners. It's fun having OCD.
This fence is a bit lame, but almost barn wood cool, and seperates a neighbour with a pool and a noisey shrieking kid so not sure I'm ready to replace it/they are too cheap, so it is now my canvas.

I happened to be in the area close to the So-Cal Cycle meet today ..I figured I better go and check it out real quick .. I ended up buying this Cool Dinosaur..
I bought this large 3” medal from 1934. Ford gave these to employees. Unlike the common 1.5 inch that were given out to people at the fair, this employee one is pretty rare. View attachment 1845244
