Unknown handle bars

Hi all, I am trying too identify these handle bars. They are obviously from a dirt bike and are now on a klunker. They bike owner says that they are from 1976 but not sure from what. Any help is appreciated and thanks.

I haven't seen bars like that in a long time. Thanks for jarring a memory loose! No help on ID, sorry. Now I want to find a couple......
