A little help with the make of my mom’s bike

Last Wednesday may 31st my mom passed away at the age of 99. She talked a lot about how she loved to ride her bike but never could remember the make. Here is a picture my of her in front of her house in Elkhart In. My sister just found probably mid to late 1930’s. Hoping someone can identify it for me .

Westfield built Columbia I believe. The badge is sure a Columbia.
