View attachment 1849995This one was bought from Tom Clark at the Long Beach Cycle Swap.
He put the “I don’t want to sell it price” on it, and I said, “I’ll take it!”
1936 Schwinn built, Lincoln, Motorbike.
Thanks, Tom!
There wasn't an emphatic enough happy face with heart eyes emoji on the "like" button for me to smash repeatedly on this, WOW and YES PLEASE!!!

Jan '23 purchased, local CL (Canada) Motorbike.

I did not even know what a Motorbike was and my $500 to $1000 balloon tire cruiser budget was destroyed yet I knew it was amazing the second the ad popped up and that there was no going back.

Best part is that it was complete and rides very well, I've ridden it quite a bit.

I did not aspire a collection of rare parts that resembled a bicycle yet was $$$ and TIME away from being a rideable bicycle.

This one was found wrapped around a Stop sign after a flash flood in Sedona, Arizona.

It looked like a Rollfast to me, not sure about the year of the bike, or what year the flood was?

It now resides on display in front of the old Hart General Store in the uptown section of Sedona.

The Hart Store, is one of the oldest buildings in Sedona, second only to the Forest Service outpost building about a block away.
I’m sure, Sedona was a dream come true back then.
I can only imagine how cool it would’ve been to ride a horse up into that country back in 1910.

Plenty of good food, drink and music to be had there now, these days.

So it’s still a nice place to experience, but maybe just a little more magical before the days of Planes, Trains, & Automobiles.

This was a bike repair station that was out at the trail head of a popular Mountain Biking area.

It was pretty cool thing to see way out there.

It looked like it was being well used and appreciated.

A favorite place of mine, is Garlands Navajo Rugs in town

Beautiful merchandise!
Nothing but the very best on offer in there.
In closing, I’ll just say that my recent visit to Sedona was delightful, and seeing that old bike that had been discovered wrapped around a pole after a flood, was a very unexpected, Non Barn Find.

Five years later and it is still there, thanks for posting Marty. Check out post #103
