offered here is a torrington deco stem in somewhat worn condition-smooth-lacking original chrome finish. these are pot metal and not aluminum-although when polished out seem like it. found mid 1930's on many makes of bicycles. finding surviving examples is getting harder to find as they had a tendency to break-and when they are gone...will be no more! most bicycle makers got away from these and came up with drop forged steel stems. free shipping
