Trying to find out what year my westfield columbia is. Who can date it?

Trying to find out the year on my westfield columbia."Special" decal. Should have a rectangle badge. On the crank housing is stamped "F6" then under it is stamped "D69882"

Hi, as Tech549 says, 1939, and the frame made in June 39.

Here is a listing I compiled to help date Columbia bikes between 1933 and 1945 , should you need it in future.
