Blue band hub shell

Can someone please tell me if a 36 spoke post war cycle truck s2 center stamped wheel could be used with a 36 spoke Redland s2 to make a rear early ray wheel? I know the cycle truck wheel used 120ga. NEED 63/64 stingray wheels
please help and thank you in advance.. I need a set of front and back or either one if you have only one. center stamped s2 36 hole 20" rear wheel or s7 center stamped 28hole scripted hub front wheel. also need rear reflector that goes on bracket, I need the correct q bolts for the non pinched...- kasper

63/64 ray parts needed
I really need 1963 from and rear 20" center stamped 36h rear s2 and front scripted s7 wheels.. also need the correct rear reflector and the non Chicago headbadge and the correct longer q bolts for sissy bar.... any and all help would be excellent. Thanks in advance thomas- kasper
