  Thanks for the info tech549. Well, that is a little unusual, but it's his part I guess he can sell how he wants. At least you were able to make contact with the seller. He has yet to respond to my inquired message.

  I messaged the gentleman in Maine about the tank. I have not heard back from him yet. He has it listed as a Schwinn tank, but sure looks like a JC Higgins tank. Thanks for the lead Hastings.
