I need a good used or new, preferably American made, 20" tube for my mid 1970s BMX bike. 20" by 2.125" but the middleweight will work. What might any of you have? Thanks much!

Greetings, A pal of mine is needing a reflector for a non-bike project. Not concerned about type or marking but he needs it to be 2" to 2.5" and glass if possible. Anyone have anything lying around? Thank you!
Tom
Is anyone looking for something like this? I have a pal that is getting ready to sell it. I told him I'd ask n the CABE first before he goes local craigslist. Let me know if anyone is needing a machine like this.
Good day,
Anyone have a decent Park Tool truing stand lying around you no longer need? Email me at thand@kc.rr.com and let me know what you might have and what it is worth to you.
Thank you,
Tom Hand

Please, if you are a BMX person from the 1970s, take a look at this. We are raising money to share with the original editor of the paper. All funds from the sale of this 2' by 3' poster go to her. Via Paypal and...
Good day. For anyone that raced back in the early 1970s, we have created an awesome 2' by 3' poster of BMXNews paper covers that we are using as a special fundraiser. Please visit the For Sale section to get details but I have posted a photo of it here. It sells for $26.50.
I bought enough vinyl to redo two seats and have a lot extra to share. it is not exactly like original Mesinger and Troxel fabric material but it is good enough for something you want to cover and use. Enough to redo one seat will cost you $6 plus whatever it takes to get it to you from 64086...
I have had this crank for a long time and do not need it. it is decent but unfortunately, I am not sure what year it is. It has a 33 on it but I do not believe it is from 1933. $10 and whatever it cost to ship and it can be yours! I am in 64086 zip code.
I made one for my fender and have three extra. These are 14 gauge steel copies of what is spot welded to Schwinn front fenders where they attach to the fork.
I am selling the three extra. $5 each includes the stamp and envelope to get them to you.
I promised to show the completed seat when it was done and here you go.
The first three have the old cover on.
We selected some very similarly grained marine/motorcyle vinyl material and other than having new fabric for backing rather than the old burlap stuff, it is a pretty good match for the...
Hello, are there any horn repair geniuses on the CABE? I suspect the horn on the Schwinn I just bought may be broken internally. Does anyone sell new ones or rebuild these? Thank you,
Tom Hand
I am having a few of the little supports cut using a water jet; these fit inside and under the front fenders where the screw holds them on to the front fork on the old balloon tire bikes. Anyone else need one?
This is where the fit. This one broke off at some point. I think they were spot...
I want to publicly thank Rear Facing Drop Out Jeff for taking the time and care he did with my 1952 Schwinn fenders. He was very meticulous and made sure that they were as best they could be with as much paint as they had on them in different places.
Between he and Krakatoa Nate, this bike...
I have a 1948 Schwinn balloon tire straight bar bike. it has a Schwinn script front axle but the nuts will not fit on my 1952 D12. They look metric and I think they are 15 mm across flats and have an 8 mm by 1 pitch. Is this actually BSF thread and if so, what size? it is not SAE as 5/16 nuts...
Good day, I need a really nice S6 rim for my brother's 26" mid 1960s Schwinn. Anyone have a good one or a good source for one?
Thank you much!

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone knows how to reach Jeff. I sent two fenders to him and FedEx shows they made it to the address I used but he had to leave town and I have no confirmation he actually got them.
Does anyone have a number? I neglected to get it before I sent them.
I am...
I’d like to publicly thank Nate Russel for taking all the time and care he did to straighten my 1952 Schwinn front fork, its stem, and its handlebars. Below is a couple of images to show before and after. It was bent in three separate directions; he corrected all three and cleaned up the...
Wanted to let you all know i just got my two new NOS Typhoon Cord tires from Coker Tire in Tennessee. They are 26" by 2.125" and they look legit. No "made in china" anywhere and they are indeed old. Think with shipping they were about $34 each. They are closing them out so if you need them...
Good day and hope all are staying safe and separate. I "inherited" a 1948 D97X light red Schwinn. It needs one tan drop center rim and the correct chain guard as well as a stem. This bike is original but very faded and rusty. I'd rather have some similar parts for it if anyone has anything...
Good day,
I am repairing a pals 1980's-1990's Schwinn tandem and his front rim was trashed. I need a new steel Schwinn quality rim that I can lace back up to his original hub. What might anyone have they need to get rid of?
Thank you much!

Folks, can someone tell me if the springer front end for the Whizzer equipped Schwinns used a stronger spring? And, can anyone tell me where you might find a good usable front springer assembly with the stronger spring for my 1950 Schwinn I built?
Thank you all very much!
