Based on BB and dropout, looks Snyder built postwar. Serial would help with date. Looks like be good rider. Grease bearings, clean, lube, air, true wheels, new saddle.
Common sizing, 1" post diameter with 7/8" clamp, various lengths and finishes, eg Amazon

Topbuti Bike Seat Post 25.4/27.2/28.6 x 350 mm Aluminum Alloy Bicycle Seatpost for Mountain MTB Road Bike Fixed Gear Bike Seatpost...
Given prior discussion thread, surprised item description remains ambiguous. Makes me wonder if bicycle heaven just merely verified it was a 1978 schwinn and nothing more.
Have several klunker builds, Snyder etc frames. Used the 32.5mm cups no problem. Some cups from 32.5 - 32.7 mm factory tolerance. Some cups press tighter than others.
My klunkers mtb, no headset issues. Except when doing repeated small drops threaded headset tends to loosen.
I see!
No, it was a single speed cruiser with non-dished chainring. My 79 spitfire 5-speed has non dished so I just copied. But I guess spreading 105mm to 130mm changes things. 👍👍
But I do have dished ring on my 80s singlespeed cruiser, in pic. Maybe op has dished so chain drop not be issue.
I converted single speed cruiser frame 105 rear spacing to fit 130mm 5-speed rear. Only issue was frequent chain drop when shifting. So I used donor front derailleur as diy chain keeper. I've always wondered if amount of frame altered geometry alignment was issue. My spitfire 1x5 doesn't drop...
My master links interchangeable. The union chain looks beefier. Snapping diamond master onto union needed firm pressure to seat. I use kmc link pliers and needle nose pliers, to make eazy peezy. 👍👍
Seems like flat head bolt similar shoulder diameter and nut should work? Can dremel grind as needed to smooth unwanted threads to make smooth shoulder.
Sure. Many of my 1930s 1940s klunkers started as frame only. Fun to build and ride. That looks prewar, pic blurry but maybe weld repair near seat tube / bottom bracket joint?
Nice fastback find. At first glance looks snyder but probly not since snyder fastbacks have different bottom bracket joint details and Snyder seat stays straight vs curved.
For reference, here are 9 ball bearing retainer measurements, some schwinn crankarm/cones used 9 ball. The 9 ball BB cup has a small diameter at seating depth.
Schwinn crank stuff on non schwinn can be confusing. Schwinn BB bearings depending on years we're either 10 ball (66) or 9 ball (64), here some approx dates:

If you...
I might have BB cups that mate to your bearings. Are bearings #66 or equivalent? If no stamping, what is retainer outer diameter?
There also another 10 ball 5/16" retainer that smaller outer diameter vs 66. Both have 10 ball 5/16 but different diameter so cups not interchangeable

Schwinn deluxe headset, that thingy is threaded adjusting race. If crossthreaded, unscrew attempt will make worse, assuming was unscrewing normally before stuck, try wd40 and screw back down. Hopefully not all screwed up.
Yup, rectangular or circle patches, rubber cement, apply pressure. I fill up bucket with water and check tube. No bubbles, good to go. Hold long time depends.
I've ND missing disc, rides fine, just need back pedal ¼ turn for brake engagement, stack about 0.7".
Me think stack between 0.68 - 0.75 ok.
0.75 be brand new stack, stack thins as discs wear down. 👍👍
