I sold this bike to a friend 6 years ago and now he has a serious health condition so I bought it back. It’s still in Texas awaiting delivery but thought I would show. I never touched it, he never touched it. Still with flat tires and basket.
It’s been awhile. I know there is a lot not correct but this was “MY” builder. Thanks for a the parts and help to all the Cabe over the 5 year plan. Wifey’s is very close too. 😉
This I have shown in a few locations before the repair but here is the finish. When found the frame just past the seat had a 2”sweep from a drop of partial drive over. I cut the frame and brought it back. Now braised back together now reassembled and ready to ride. I absolutely love the color...
Nice colors…That model is know as a bent tank model. I posted the chart and you can see that the “H” falls like they say at the end of 40 and beginning of 41. Hope this helps. Fred
Looking for one silver painted front drop center rim or hoop. Trying to match for a cycle truck wheel build. Even if it’s painted a different color, and maybe even chrome, I will consider it as well. I can always paint it to match.

Stripped everything off the Excelsior because as you can see the rear drop outs were bent badddd! I cut the frame on one side and grinded a 4x4 tapered to go inside the frame. I was able to use my body weight slowly to bring it back straight. Checked it by putting the wheels on and using a...
Not Bike related, but when you’re a carpenter and you can find a new piece for your collection, Your mind can only dream of the possibilities….A 1980 Rockwell 10 inch beam saw with the case, extra brushes, and can you believe no damage to the cord!!!😳 five newly sharpened blades for two dollars...
