So here is a 55 or 56 straight bar model, serial# P44681 with a springer, tank, rack, holes in the fender where the light was mounted, S7 wheels, and a Spitfire badge thats missing the chainguard. What do you think it is, I am leaning towards 56 Deluxe Hornet.

Ok, I found my CWC codes, looks like maybe a 53 if there is a CW behind it, can't get back to it till tomorrow, but were the rear facing dropouts still in use.....

I found the serial#, anyone....

I got it home, can't find a serial # because of the repaint, has rear facing dropouts, rear hub is a New Departure Model D, the pins are still in for the badge and are 2 1/2" apart, has a newer looking front wheel, the seat looks newer also, here are a few close ups.....

Need to identify, it's been painted, and it's missing its badge...looks like it's been put together....

Is anyone familiar with this tire, I have searched a ton and can't find one like it ?

Exactly, I can't find this tire anywhere, I also searched the 1975 and up Schwinn Scrambler, them tires are completely different.

I can't figure out the years on this tire or what it was used on.The only code on it is UB and a 610.Can anyone enlighten me on them?

I'm not seeing any original maroon primer, and the paint is chipping, looks like an old repaint to me.

Fixed the bars back. The elderly lady said that her grandpa fixed it up for her when she was young, hence the reverse bars.
