I was at the HD museum last month a though they don't have the bicycles on display right now I was able to snap a picture of one in there storage. I'm thinking that the HD badge is a repop.
These were on the Harley Davidson diamond frame model I bought. Does anybody know what kind they are and are they the right ones? Also are there repro rubber blocks for them?
Hard to believe it's been over 30 years since I bought this 52 DX as just a frame and pieced it together and painted it. I got this and a Iver Johnson. Was my 1st Balloon bikes.

Real nice solid tank with no rust. Has very minor dents from fork, hardly noticeable. Has the tapped screw holes. Screws supplied are like original. Got this tank from Bob U a long time ago. For 26" bike. Decals say The World.
Repro red 26 X 2.125 balloon tires. Never rode on, only mounted for display. Still very soft and pliable. Just a bit dirty.
If anyone has been paying attention my shipping rates have been super cheap and reasonable. Hopefully I can keep it going.
Up for sale is this Manton Smith spring fork. The top truss bracket is one I had made from the broken original that I can't find right now. It's made out of stainless and needs finish/polishing. See pictures for the rest of fork description. Hub not included.
I've had this since the 90s. Must have been rechromed at one time. Really nice shape with a few rust specks. Lettering is very strong. Has correct beveled washers for cone adjustment. Spins smooth. 36 spoke holes.
Nice old original picture dated 1919 on back. Looks like it was cut out of a photo album. Picture itself measures about
5 1/2 X 4 inches. And has wonderful story on back.
Just have this one wood rim racing tire. Missing the air valve. Don't know who it's made by. Says United States Special Racer on one side. Still soft and pliable with no cracking. Don't know if it's ever been used as it still has nubs and lettering on surface as shown in pictures. No signs of...
Had these for over 25 years and haven't used them yet so time to let them go. Original United States No 76 Giant Chain-Tread tires. I aired them up and they hold air. Still soft and pliable with no cracks. Still have Ace Hardware sticker on one. I tried to put one on a rim before I listed them...
A pair of NOS 26 x 2.125 inch balloon tires. Never put on rims. They are dirty and dusty from being stored in a closet. They are soft and pliable with no cracks. No separation where the white wall meets the black.
Don't know where or when I got these fenders or what they are for. They have some dents that someone tried to hammer out and looks like rear was snipped for chainguard clearance. They measure 5 1/2 round and for 26 inch. They are steel.
26 inch boys balloon fenders in good condition. Front is beat up on bottom with a crack. Fender braces are nice. Fenders have a few small dings and lots of road tar inside
I bought this World that looks like a 1950. Messenger seat is super nice. Bike looks to be repainted. Has a locking fork that works. Pedals are wrong. And the rims don't match. Wondering what rim is correct and what else is wrong.
I've been wanting a Schwinn lightweight with a locking fork...
Like a dummy I gave my last set away and now I need one. For 7/8 bar and is 4 inch long. Don't need the end pieces, just the cork or complete grip. Thanks
Though this was kind of neat. Seen them before but I never seen it with a frame mounting holder. Is the holder correct for it or might it be for a flashlight or something? Patent date on tool is 1919
Purchased this near mint Commander last week. It has the original W/W tires. Never had batteries installed as it still has cardboard inserted between the terminals and the wires were never connected.
Went to a local rummage sale and the seller had this on his porch using it as a bar, wasn't for sale. Says FORD on the sprocket, don't know if there's a head badge. Looks prewar, has rod brakes and a neat rear brake mounted on the bottom. No seat. I'm guessing it's an English bike but thought I...
Here are some pics of my Schwinn Paramount. I found this around 1990. The original owner seen me riding it once and he shouts at me "Thats my bike". He was a real nice guy. Sadly he passed on a few years later.
For trade is this Fauber crank and sprocket with hardware. I will trade all of this for a good sprocket side cone nut for a Fauber crank. The one on this one is not usable.
