I'm trying to help a friend identify, and if possible, find the correct badge for this little old bike. It has 17 1/2" wheels, the chain links are marked "snow" and the saddle's imprinted with a "J". Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

It needs a good cleaning. I'm guessing the chain ring was probably swapped out when they added the 2-speed years ago. Comes with a set of John's tires, but rear needs a new tube. There's no wiring in the conduit, hornlight is missing the lens, missing the rear clamp on the tank, bad spot on...
