What you see is what you get. It’s a 1913/1914 21” Special Racer. Someone many years ago stripped the paint and did a horrible repaint. Pictures tell the story. No dings and appears straight. Orlando Florida $350 + shipping
Looking any of the style not crossed out for my 1913/1914 Iver Johnson Model 90. I have the “forward” stem not the “direct”. Need to be clean enough to re-nickel.
Picture from actual IJ catalog
My father was telling me that in 1953/4 he had got a new bike. A “lightweight”. He remembers it’s having “Kent of London” or “England” on it.
Anyone the, what brand that would’ve been?
I have a IJ Model 90 Special Racer. Someone at some point stripped the paint of when they repainted it poorly decades ago. I’m wanting to restore it and since there is no evidence of original paint, it leaves me open to other factory colors. French Gray and maroon were the factory option colors...
This maybe be an easy ID for everyone here. I have these being sent to me with some parts.
I’m curious what the one on the right would’ve been used on.
I’m no Schwinn expert. Especially balloon tire bikes. Have a friend who is looking to sell this. It was his fathers. He isn’t a bike person and I’m not a balloon tire person( I like earlier stuff and lightweights).
So the questions are what year, model and ballpark value?
I’m looking to possibly buy this. Not very familiar with the newer lightweights. This is fully optioned minus a rack. All labeled Schwinn stuff.
What would be a ballpark value?
Hi everyone, I just picked up the Sportsman. I'm really not interested in value being it's a huffy but would like to try to figure out to here. How do you do that on these?

I have some friends who have been putting on a car show for the last 13yrs. I mentioned to them about bicycles and so far they seem positive about it. They have a car/motorcycle show and swap, so I thought why not throw bicycles into the mix.
During the war, was there any accessories made? I know supplies to produce things for homeland use was limited. Was wondering if there was maybe a standardized light made....or something
