Twinn rear hub
I have a rear s-7 5-speed hub with the union expander brake, the rim isn't in the greatest shape but the hub & brake are fine, let me know if you haven't found one I'll get some pic's up for you.
Cycle-truck
I've heard you can use a mucle bike fender but you would have to relocate the braces. but with the notches I can't see it working very well, I would go with a old 20" duck-tail front.
Schwinn paint's
Schwinn used Enamel paint till the mid to end of the 50's, then they started using laquer most with a base color and transparent paint, with the acception of there yellow, black, & white that had no base coat, they were all sprayed not dipped.
stamped rim's
in the late 70's & early 80's schwinn was using unstamped wheel's, not sure if they were using a different sorce for there wheel's or what, but alot of there BMX s-2's, and there crusier wheel's were unstamped.
Phantom's
The serial #'s you gave are confusing they come back as 1964 but they stopped making the Phantom in 1959, might want to recheck them, would like to know what you have in mind for them really interested! thank's
grip's
I think you have the right grip's, the shifter I think is a later model, I have a 58 jag & 59 vette and they both use the same grip's as you have, the shifter on my vette has no plastic face on it, and a small window that the numbers show in
59 Corvette pedal
Your Corvette should have non-reflector chrome bow pedal's on it. 59 was the first year the bow pedal's didn't have the bolt's on them to change the rubber.
rear carrier
The rack with the rounded rail's came on middleweight's at the end of the 50's & the squared off rail's came on bikes that started in the 60's diffrent year's is all they are.
I don't think those are the original fender's, but it's should be worth between $120 & $170 depending on how bad you want it. that's just my opinion I'am sure their are some people who think it's worth a lot more!
58 girl's bike
this is about the best I've come up so far girl's frames didn't have clip's for horn tank's on them http://for-sale.yakaz.com/1958-schwinn-bike#lo=4&docid=0002jp5jqslt6j7u
white Sting-ray's
I had 2 white Slic-chic's & a pair of 1976 bicentenial sting-ray's the girl's was a fairlady, but that's the only white sting-ray's I recall seeing. except for a Cotton Picker, both white Slick-Chick's I had were 1970 same year they made the Cotton.
hand-brake
disconnect the cable & squeeze the handle rotate the cable & remove round barrel from handle with cable, up inside the handle you will see a sloted screw that hold's the clamp to the bar's, loosen screw slide handle off end of bar's

It is violet but when it was restored it got 1 to many coats of paint so now it look's more burgandy that violet, the pic's make it look even more like burgandy than it really is, might be selling it at Ann Arbor this year but I have a lot of nos part's on it and I don't think I would get what...
tandem
nice twinn, they take-up quite of bit of space, so I only have 2 right now 55 town country and a 65 deluxe, they attract a lot of attention when you ride one but they are a lot of fun!
restoring
You can learn a wealth of information from bike form's, but it takes time, and patients, I go to bike show's swap meet's and talk to other bike people most of them are more than happy to share their knowlage with you, look at other people's original bike's, study the part's on them...
tandum
are you sure it's a 52? I'am restoring a 55 right how and it look's just like the 48 except in red, can you post the serial # we might be able to help you out!
you just bought a wizzer
nice score, it look's like you purchased a wizzer project, if you post the serial# when you get it, it will tell you if it was a factory wizzer or later conversion, schwinn used wizzer speciefic frames, when they sold them in the 40's & 50's.
