@jrapoza - Hey Noah, I think the photos may be mixed up here. Is the 2 speed driver for sale too? AND, do you have any photos of the seat by chance? Thank you sir
Since @cyclingday and @Junkman Bob were talking about it and I had to ship a bike. Here is a recently shipped bicycle. This is a complete 52 Schwinn panther sans the tank. It took about 2 or 3 hours to disassemble, label, secure, and drop it off. Total box size is 44"L x 11"W x 29"H. On it's way...
Up today is a 1952 Schwinn Panther. This is a beautiful bike for the collector that already has the tank. She needs to be cleaned but other than that she’s ready to ride. The stem in the photo has been replaced with a razor stem that has both bolts and the chain-guard has been switched out as...
@FredWise3 it looks like your missing the rear nut on the main springer bolt (circled in red) and it also looks like the nut inside the spring is off a bit, which may be causing the pull. I wonder if the main bolt is askew. It may help to pull it and check if it’s bent.
I completely agree with you. I’ve shipped quite a few bikes for members here and they’re always happy to have them arrive safe. It takes longer to assemble, but they arrive safe and sound.
I pulled all of these off of rough condition ladies prewar Schwinns over the years. I've had them for a long while and it's time they find a new home or go back on a bicycle. The two prewar Schwinn "razor" stems, a prewar Torrington stem, a prewar Wald #7 stem, and a 20/30's Wald motorbike stem...
Up for consideration today is an airplane prop accessory I pulled off of late 40’s Hawthorne. This was mounted on the fork leg of my bike, but it appears it would fit on your handlebars too. I think it was made for handlebars actually. You should be able to get into it and clean it up some more...
I've decided to clear out some projects that I don't have time for. Up today is a 1937 Step-Through Zep. It's all here except the front light, the rack, and the spokes. I bought this a while back and planned on building it up, but I just don't have the time to get to it and I hope someone would...
Alrighty! @Andrew Gorman I'll get arm #1 mailed out to you. Answering your PM shortly.
and @Archie Sturmer that means arm #2 is all yours I'll get it mailed out to you both ASAP.
Thank you both!
Up for DOND today is a beautiful all original condition 1952 Schwinn Panther - date code is E00086. I decided to empty out some of the projects in the project rack. I've had this for a while and I did not clean it before I photographed it. All you need is the tank and this baby is ready to go...
Up for consideration is a pie crust chainwheel from an old Monark built Hawthorne 5 bar project I recently gave up on. The pie crust was once a dark blue and you can see some remnants of the paint remaining in the photos. I cleaned most of the dirt and grime off of this thing, but I'm sure you...
