I just received a few pictures of what is supposed to be a Harley Davidson frame, i know the pictures are really bad. Any immediate red flags? Or is it worth checking out.

Hello all, What is the correct name for this ‘zep’ style bike, also is it a CWC or Snyder made bike. the frame number is H74721 which dates it to a 1940/41 I believe.
