Found this in a barn with a ton of vintage 50s and 60s derailleurs

Hey all. I found this beautiful bicycle in a barn. Equipt with simplex, this is an 8speed. even though it says 10 speed on the decal..trying to figure that one out. Anyone know the year. I do plan on selling it. Im taking offers.

compared to the other forum on im on this forum is so quiet..sleepy. Is it just the lightweight portion of this forum that is so quiet?

I am looking to sell two different pieces. Both Simplex JUY543 rear derailleurs. First is in a box. NOS NIB. think its a later model due to the plastic pullies. Second is not new but in excellent clean shape. I am taking offers. Trying to avoid ebay.

Hey folks, New to this thread. But I have three of these derailleurs and I know that they are rare. One is new in the box and the other two are nice as well. I can not find one for sale on the face of the planet. What do you think??
