I know this is a bad picture but is there a way of dating these triplets? I see most have small sprockets on the front right side but this one has the big ones. Any information is is appreciated!
Looking to paint my sons 1950 Schwinn with original paint scheme. Anybody know someone, CA. LA area preferably? One picture is just for paint example. Thanks!

Yeah it was a really cool bike but a little rough and a little too expensive. I like to enjoy bikes for a while and move them along as long as I don't buy high and sell for lower.
Thanks for the input guys. I'm not even a tall guy I was just mesmerized buy the tall frame but your right, if I wouldn't be able to get my money back when I resell it it's not worth it.
Yes I might sell it since I'm restoring another 16" Schwinn as we speak. Email me or text is the best way to reach me if Your interested. [email protected] (310)597-5447
Picked up a 16" Schwinn stingray for my boy. I'm not a big fan of stingrays, I have a 16" 50's bantam I'm going to restore later when he's big enough to ride it but this thing was so complete and original I couldn't pass it up. Im going to pull it apart to clean, tune it up and detail it. I...
Looks like lobdell (wood rim alma mitch) I got it from a gentleman at work who knows I like vintage bikes. A friend of his passed away and he's helping the widow clean out a big garage full of classic cars, motorcycle, bicycle and tons of parts because he was a collector/pack rat.
Are 70's 16 inch stingrays worth anything? I have one complete with nice original paint (yellow/red) all original parts down to the tires. I thought I'd ask here since the juvenile bike section seems to be mostly about tricycles. I'll post pics soon.
This came on a Schwinn tandem I was asked to tune up for a friend it was hanging off the rear seat. It doesn't look original but it looks really old, older than the bike that's for sure!

I dig this bike, is it worth the price?
I agree with everything Ozark said, it's definitely a repro black phantom tank and possibly fenders and a phantom style pain scheme. Do you have any history on it, where'd you find it, where did the last guy get it??
Over all very cool bike I dig it!
Another member posted this pic in an attempt to trade for another bike. I'm curious what it is but the owner does not allow for privet messages and has not yet returned to the forum so I'm hoping for some answers here. It's prewar but what brand, what size? Thanks in advance, Leo.
I'm a sucker for cycle trucks and tandems but I have to stifle myself because of my limited storage space and difficulty transporting them that's why I only have one of each. How do you guys transport your big bulky bikes if your not riding around locally? Especially if you have a cool classic...
