Just started wondering about the differences in Delta Horn-lites and their corresponding years and bike models. I am guessing the Jeweled, Long Cones were later than the non jeweled version? Some are marked only "Delta Hornlite" other have "Delta Horn-Lite , Lamp and Horn Two in One"...

Pulled this out of storage and noticed decals are flaking. Anyone have a good technique to clean this and also preserve the decals. I lightly blotted it with water. Also was the tire displayed on a rim or wheel originally? Any help appreciated.
