How to get around the block
Register a new nickname with EBAY. You also need to tie that nickname into your paypal.

Taking time now that God protects all on the East coast and in the storm.
Merciful God, in the name of Jesus, please protect all against the storms that loom against them. Keep them in your peace and comfort their hearts not to fear that you are always in control, and love us. We thank you in...
Beautiful paint scheme, love the reversed painted fenders!
With the atomic symbol on the tank I would beleive it was made no earlier than late 1945 and even up into the middle 1950's. It also has a rocket or jet theme going on the bike also. Clearly made by Westfield. Can't make out the model...
Dangerous!
Please don't do this. No hub manufacturer would recommend it.
It has been done before. But you are going to come up with all sorts of different spoke lengths to pull it off.
I design in AUTOcad and I have laid out a 36 hole hub for a 24 hole rim.
It can be done but you need at...
grainger is where I bought my bucket
Hi,
Grainger had a bucket, 2/3 gallons, had filter on top and a connection for the gun (gun and hose were included). Can't remember what it cost been so many years ago. I also do things on a small scale as far as expenditures. Good luck, doesn't sound like...
a bucket style would probably work best for you.
Hi,
They make a bucket style that will hold 2-3 gallons of sand. They don't handle coarse sand well. They need fine sand to properly spray. I used one on lots of media, did a complete frame and all suspension parts on an 84 thunderbird. I...
Doesn't appear to be a Schwinn
by the fork and the front sprocket it could be one of many different bikes, The serial number would help identify it, located at the underside of the crank housing.
best regards,
Johann
Hi, welcome to the CABE.
Hi, don't see too many 1952 Ace badged bikes, is it ok to add it to my album on Schwinn Aces?
Great bike.

Oh beautiful Ashtabula
Ashtabula was where many parts, cranks, stems, etc. were cast and forged, basically a foundry. Don't know if it is located in Ohio, or elsewhere.

Schwalbe intertubes
All Schwalbe intertubes come with metal valve stems. And the regular stems (not light weight tubes) hold air longer than other companies heavy duty tubes. hard to find retailer in USA.
Here's another one, not as messy

Sentimental, I'm getting all misty eyed!
Really great bike. I especially like the youngster's seat. I know that would be lots of fun to continue making memories. With your children, neices and nephews, grandchildren, etc.
Please keep it original, it should clean up to be a real beauty...

my opinion completely changed about Mr. Miller's bike.
I apologize that without the other picture I could not see the beauty of your bike. We are all looking for truth and sometimes our pre-conceived ideas obscure our vision.
Freqman1, nice bikes!
I have been considering a reproduction front suspension that the huffman uses, is it really the best riding suspension?
Thanks, Johann
Phantom/Panther style guard
This guard is stamped a little differently than 2 prewar and a postwar guard I have. There is a wider flat spot between the feathers on the upper part.
Notice the rear drop out adjusters Prewar.
The seatpost clamp is separate. the front end is something someone cobbled together. Looks like they were trying to get the weight of the load over the front tire. 1945 to 1950?
Johann
Another thing?
The fenders are peaked, and the rear fender has a painted area at the rear, and the built in rear reflector, well maybe a few things that are oddities?
For only $39.95, balloon tire Schwinn.
Not familiar with 1945 Schwinns.
The Head badge with Ace Stores would have been from back in the early Thirties, Perhaps?
The Crank sprocket isn't like anything I have seen on an original Schwinn?
The mickey mouse ears don't look like they are...
Hi Everyone,
I added the pictures I have collected on the net to the gallery under the title, "SCHWINN ACE BADGED BICYCLES."
I did away with the Schwinn Ace Group as no one could look at the pictures without becoming a member of the group.
Some have serial numbers on the title of the...
