Does anyone know what years Schwinn included a Campagnolo tool kit in a Paramount plastic pouch?

Wanted early Schwinn Paramount Tourist 1940's to early 60's vintage.

It's complete and in pretty good condition though has been folded. It's has eight pages and cover, 9.5" x 6" and no sign of any dates. Have a close look at photos as what you see is what you get. NIce addition to a Hetchin's owner / collector! $60 plus $5 postage to continental US address.
