I just got a bike back from Bobcycles with a neato Northwest Patrol Oval badge that was restored by Dave Stromberger. Here are before and after pics of the Badge. Thanks Dave for such great work! ! !

I am reluctant to part with this unique gooseneck that was destroyed by non other than Bobcycles. Imagine 20 years from now having one of his fine restorations but how about having one of his destructions?!? It's like having a Jackson Pollock, a Picasso, or a Vermeer from the Master...

This was the original badge off a bike I just got back from being restored...... It says Empire, Steinfeld Inc., New York, USA and the badge holes are in the middle on the sides. I like the badge, it has great detail and look at the griffons on the top corners! Any info would be appreciated!
