The swap was great. The lady at the entrance is always real nice and everyone seemed to have a good time and worked around some standing water. Sting Rays were the bikes of choice as usual and several were seen changing hands. It was good to see everybody and catch up. Sorry no pics from me. Tim S

Eric, that is one classy bike with the chrome on the seat post plus the front and rear of the bike. The white bar tape and shift lever covers go nicely with the light blue paint. The 10 speeds/ road bikes were under valued but I am seeing that change slowly. My son is in his mid 20s and he and...
We drove from Maryland to Mackinac Island Michigan with 4 Highwheels in the bed of the truck to attend the Wheelmen meet. You have to take the ferry over to the island and I totally recommend going there. Tim S
I want to follow up with how the swap went yesterday. First the bad news- not one of the twelve bikes that I had to sell sold, only a set of tires and a schwinn rear rack sold. Now the good news- I met some nice bike guys face to face that I had previously only talked to on the phone. Many...

I am going to a swap meet next month and I want to take between 8 and 15 mostly road bikes to sell. I have a full size Chevy pickup and usually use a rack that I have to strap the bikes in to keep them from rubbing against each other. All of the bikes are in 8-9 condition and I want to keep them...
When I bought this bike the paint was in very bad condition but everything was there. So after new tires, tubes, grips, spokes, decals and paint it is almost done. The seat was redone by Joe C. and I am waiting on a new reflector from BB. In the mean time here are some pics. Tim
The bike came without pedals and I have not messed with the lock yet. I compounded the rear fender to see if the color will get better and that is all I have done so far. I have been working on a fastback project lately. Thanks for the info Jim. Tim
