Did Schwinn make a 20 inch bike with a tank thanks.

I don't have very much knowledge about bikes I have the general idea changing tires and chains are not a problem. I have some trouble with hubs and using different crank sets is there a good book out there that I could buy that will help me out thanks. I know I can get any questions answered...

I have a AMF Road Master Pleasure Liner that has a bent rear rim can this be fixed or just trash it and keep the hub. Will it be hard to find another stock rim thanks. model-a, Chris
