Spent part of my day at La Palma Park in Anaheim. Forties Limited of Orangr County did there 37th Annual Event.
The weather was good, there was a nice breeze, good foods and a DJ. the Whizzer guys where there and some others.
Whizzer Pacemaker Problem
I have had my eyes set on a 1952 whizzer pacemaker, last year production for the pacemaker, came with the 700 motor. So......now an opinion has arise, a 1950 pacemaker with the 300 motor, both colors are maroon.

My 1999 Whizzer is now 13 years old. It was my 1st whizzer, i've kept it pretty much original. motor has most of the changes, head, carb, cam, piston and flywheel. Went from 2ph to almost 10ph, from 25mph to over 50mph. I'm still making small changes, i think i'm about done.
I spoke with Fred White this evening about some of his tech tips that he has done,like what he used to find the right size end spacer for the crankshaft. The tool "Flush Pin Gage" cost is about $175.00 for this tool that you'll use maybe once or twice. What Fred used you probably already have...

Well here's my 99 Whizzer,it's gone thur a few changes over the pass 11yrs.I haven't done the heat coating yet,so the temperature are still in the high 400F.I've put the NE upgrades,carb is a 26mm with a #130 main jet,HP cam and mushroom lifters.auto clutch almost done.Hope you like. Ray
I've used Dry Film Coating on the skirt of the piston and a Thermal Barrier on the top of the piston, also both valves top and bottom the combustion chamber of head. I pined the tops of the valve seats in three places.The pic of head and piston have coating already,head is NE.pic of 2 heads are...
