Holly deserves the best, and the aluminum version key just isn’t gonna cut it. Super generous to offer it up of course, just not the right one for this particular bike. It’s easy enough to swap out the entire core/key with a matching set at some point when the patience runs out.
Thanks again...
I don't know how I missed this. Please contact me if you are the buyer, I would love to work something out.

The only '41 holly I have had used the type of brackets that mount on the axles, and one was too damaged to use. I made a replica pretty easily, but I had one to trace.
I think I have a pair of the originals that attach to the braces, you would need to braze/tack them on obviously. PM me if...
Pretty sure I have a vintage photo of a '33 on a couple of rental bikes somewhere. Think I found it here on the vintage photos gallery. At some point I might have sent it to @markivpedalpusher - we are both gonna dig around and see if it pops up.

Hey thanks but not quite. I do appreciate the note @coasterbrakejunkie1969 and mention @New Mexico Brant , still looking for the right set for a classy lady.
I am looking for the later style swaged center section, Boy Scout model in 22" Width and in very good to excellent condition:
Also interested in the Shinneer - 24" or 26" Width:
Not sure about the serial, but those aren't much help in many cases anyway. As mentioned before, lots of 40/41 Schwinn parts on it as well as the tell-tale 40-41 style Schwinn seat collar. It's Chicago Cycle Supply, so anything goes.
Regardless, very cool bike before and after.
Long shot but what the heck. I am looking for these 3 years (1926, 1927, 1928) to complete my Denver DBT collection. If anyone has one of these for sale or trade please contact me via direct message. These 3 look similar to the ‘29s pictured above.
Thanks for looking, carry on.
Looking for something new and different, don't need more bikes so offering this guy up for trade. Prewar Schwinns with tank and pinstripes or 37-38 Huffman/Firestone streamlined models are really all I am looking for at this point. Have cash or grail parts to make a trade up, or would consider...
