Nice. Where can I find a crank?

This JC Higgins has a crank hole that is smaller than the standard crank hole. A standard crank hole is 2.5 inches in diamater. This one is 2 inches in diamater. As a result I cant find a crank of anykind to fit this frame. Anywhere. i am offering a 100$ reward to anyone that can locate and sell...

The normal diamiter of a crank shaft is 2.5 inches. This diamiter is 2.0 inches and I have not found a crank that will fit. Please see the pictures. Thanks again.
