Here is my tandem, was my great, great grandfathers, yours looks to be in great shape. I have yet to determine the model of mine, maybe this summer I will. Have fun and enjoy your tandem.
I have an old duplex hub that I took apart I can't ger it rebuilt for a few weeks I don't want it to rust. I have an old heavy duty plastic airtight cigar container if I put the parts in that with an oil soakedrag will that help perseve them?

I two wooden wheels from my columbia tandem that need to get redone. The hubs do not need to be packed. I just need new spokes I guess? and some tires put on. What is a fair estimte so I don't get hosed.

Thanks for the information. Im going to find a saddle of the same kind because that is the one that my great great grandfather rode on. I will also look for a matching front saddle just so the are not mismatched.
My bike has a screw with a nut on it, on both chains that will not come apart I have tried WD-40, PB Blaster and Liquid Wrench. Would drilling the screw out be a terrible idea?
