I didn't know there was a curved down tube twin bar. The non springer one I was told is a 39 due to the aluminum truss rods. Thi.k.i have a pic of the serial somewhere. That bike was an amazing rider. Rode like it was on rails.

Pretty sure the Zep would have the drop stand only. I'm jealous of you though lol. I had a Hawthorne just like the tanked one and it was a 1938 if I remember correctly. And I have a Zep style frame but it's missing the tank, lock, guard, and holes for battery box. I'd love to have picked those...
Here's an old pic of my 39 Hawthorne Twin Bar up top which has aluminum truss rods so I think that made it Snyder built. The bike was originally covered in rust but the new owner took it down to what you see here which I think is red and white.

Can you post more info about the spring measurements as well as approximate cost? I'm looking for heavier springs as I am of the more portly type of guy. How much weight can the new springs hold ?
