yes I did the rims and hubs , I removed all the spokes , soaked the rims & hubs and re- laced the rims with original the original spokes .
I didn’t soak the spokes because they are cad plated and this process will remove any cad plating

All bright pieces on Delta lights are chrome plated , Bezel, bulb reflector , light body , except the handlebar mount and some battery trays.
The real early lights from the Teens & 20’s the bulb reflectors are Silver plated and bezels are nickel plated
