The plate on the top of the headlight is someone's homemade addition to mount something else possibly a different kind of light . looks like the lens might still be there but painted over which is good because they are not reproduced.I did notice that they changed the headlight cover on later...

yes I did the rims and hubs , I removed all the spokes , soaked the rims & hubs and re- laced the rims with original the original spokes . I didn’t soak the spokes because they are cad plated and this process will remove any cad plating

More proof Rack was clear coated to prevent rusting again that is why the color looks a little different assembled than un assembled

More proof that 10% molasses and water really removes all the rust

All bright pieces on Delta lights are chrome plated , Bezel, bulb reflector , light body , except the handlebar mount and some battery trays. The real early lights from the Teens & 20’s the bulb reflectors are Silver plated and bezels are nickel plated

I found these , a little longer than original ones but can be trimmed if you want but work fine the way they are. Also they’re stainless steel. If they will be acceptable for you I can send you some These are the bezel screws not mounting screws
