This bike was a wall hanger in a shed for many years. Tires & tubes, fenders and a few accessories added by me. Still need to change the handlebars, lots of rust under the gold paint. Great swap meet cruiser.
Some folks think this is a vintage bike, actually a Dyna I traded for in 2013. Started adding accessories to it after my first trip to Memory Lane and Ann Arbor. Lot of fun to ride and let folks have their picture taken on.
Pulled these out of a shed last week. Jeunet, Chiorda, Phillips, Dawes, Fuji and Schwinn to name a few. More projects, parts and pieces for the shop....
Repaired this for a friend. He plans to use it as advertising. Note the pic of the rear brake. No idea where it came from. I rode it once, no plans to do so again!

A freind (?) dug this out of a scrapyard and gave it to me. J C Higgins, crank housing marked MOST MODEL 502 19225. Any help on year of mfg? Plan to clean it up a bit and use as a rat rod project. Looks like some one tried to make a stationary bike with the homemade rear stand. Wish me...
Recently replaced/repaired the shifter chain for the owner. Was a delivery bike for a local drug store in the past. Local kids used to take turns sitting on the bike when it was parked outside in the rack. While one kid took the "pretend" ride the others kept watch for the store owner. The...
Found several of these brackets/braces in the old bike shop, all for the same side apparently. Anyone know what it fits? The seat is a Mesinger Twin Torque that I've not seen before. Keep the kickstand up and enjoy the ride....Paul....
This is the second load of handlebars pulled from the old bike shop. Anyone have a good idea on storage? I plan to bin some and hang others. Keep the kickstand up and enjoy the ride....Paul....
Was given the X by a friend last year and plan to make it my swapmeet cruiser. No major resto intended, just the basics and put it on the road. It was pulled from a junkyard school bus. Need a chainguard if anyone has an extra. The Higgins is the bike I dug out of a fallen down barn. It...
Still finding treasures. The badges were a big surprise for me. Headlite and red lenses were in the same box. Wonder how long since they have seen the lite of day!:)

Found these over the past two weeks courtesy of yard sales and junkyards. Ten of the bicycles and the Harley 125 came out from under a house, previous owner was gonna fix them up one day. Tag on the Harley was dated 1972. Nothing spectactular but plenty of parts and a few projects for the...
Picked up the Schwinn in a recent trade. No brakes or cables. Like to know what type came on it and how the cables were run on the frame. Thanks....Paul....

Picked this up yesterday along with two Honda 305 Dreams. Who made the AMFLITE? Note the way the frame rails are joined to the dropouts and gusseted to the seat post. More projects to set aside for the winter! :DKeep the kickstand up and your face in the wind....Paul....

It still amazes me where old bikes are found. Flea markets, swapmeets and yard sales sometimes turn up two wheel treaure. A restorable X53 was pulled from the back of a school bus headed for the scrap yard. An early Schwinn was found in the trunk of a junkyard car. Several small bikes were...
Was given this oldie by a friend who dug it out of an old schoolbus storage unit. The rear drops are very different. Skinny tires, finned front fender and duck tail rear. Figure it for the mid to late 60's. Any ideas or info?
Recently picked up a Schwinn 5 Speed Corvette #L152117, in need of repair. The shifter has been broken off the top bar with part of the weld remaining. I need info and/or pics of a shifter and how it was mounted. Hopefully I can modify another Schwin shifter for a replacement. Bike is...
