Off subject, but in the '70's a friend took his Penton Enduro M/C for a license at the Fullerton PD and they attempted to stamp a number into the Chrome molly frame. The frame was harder than the stamps and ruined every one of (the stamps) they tried.

I believe it is a PX10LE. I rode a '71 PX10 for years and it did not have the spoke protector or the heavy reflector bracket's. "76/77 they added some "safety" items so it could be original. Good score.

These measure 10-3/4" tip to tip. There is another, more common, version w/o the "Schwinn" stamp on top and no "S" on the side. My Heavy duty came with one of those.
