Hi Alan the tank is fabricated to original specs it is not Fiberglass this is made out of metal it is not a muffler it is actually a tank that is operational with a removable cap and there are batteries in there that makes the lights work on the ladies bike originally we were selling it in parts...

Actually found 40 yrs ago in a box of car parts and stuff not repop. But then again maybe someone did in the 70's they did this but I think I have hit the lucky box.
Just out of the shop for a quick view but not for sale yet is a 1918-19 indian motobike. Here is a quick view of a showroom quality bike .. every thing works the light, horn, batteries included. Finished photos to come with its sister 1924 ladies bike. Restoration in the works

after tooling and retooling i think ive produced a better corkaline grip in our shop than before.... we believe the original ones work well and alittle tweaking and we have a better design cleaner and sleeker... hope to hear from ya... don't forget corkalinegetagrip.com also some more bikes...

shop stopped on Sunday after the contemplation of what happened to our grips on wheeled relics grips... now i know what a recall is .. so we retooled the machines to make the grips better stronger and sleeker .. id like the photos to show the results .. and...
let me also respond to the other issues at hand.. the gluing process our glue of choice is gorilla glue due to the fact that our grip test on you tube shows how we couldn't remove them once they dried... but i think because of some asymmetry issues the end-cap had a larger inner diameter than...
have to chime in on the chat here ...i have to say the sticky situation is fixed .. long story short in the shop we noticed if we dip the leather 3 or more times rapidly it changed the coloring drastically on the leather and we all agreed it was an awesome change to make each one alittle...
