Hi Mike, I bought those autocycle grips from you and forgot to ask you about whats the best thing to use to get the grips on the bars and also is there a shelf life for the grips if uninstalled. Will they still be playable if they sit on the shelf for a couple years
Whizzer motor stand that we’re reproduced with a hard model maker’s resin. The silicone mold was made from an original Whizzer motor stand. The motors on the stands are NFS and shown how the motors attach. The steel mounting brackets are included. These stands are $110. Shipped anywhere in...
Thanks Dave! I also spoke to Bob U and He also cuts the latch hole prior to wetting the decals. I’m assuming I’d have to slide the decal off the backing just past the latch hole then apply to the door over the latch. I do have newer decals coming and I hope they are less brittle than the first...
Also has anyone sprayed a clear coat over these decals? I’ll experiment prior to shooting the tank but thought I’d ask if the decal hold up after a clear coat application.
I’m in the process of applying the Autocycle decals to my prewar jeweled tank. This is the first time trying to apply a large decal and believe me it’s no easy task. The right side was difficult and had a small split but I think I can touch it up to be unnoticeable. The left side I had to cut...
None of my other Prewar Serial Numbers have a Large A.S. Stamped above the serial number. Has anyone seen a frame like this? It looks factory and the serial numbers are smaller than my other frames. What do I have here???
It might look similar to a Snyder except the Elgin fork, sprocket and Elgin badge came with the bike. Here a original Elgin that was on eBay with the same frame

I notice there are 2 insulator washers on the coil bracket that holds the coil to the engine. I can’t figure the purpose of the fiber washers because the bracket is grounded to the coil. Anyone know what the purpose of these washers?
Does anyone know if there is a replacement coil for a Whizzer H or J? I have 2 good E bars and saw that WICO sells all different kinds of black coils for small engines. Is there a replacement that will fit the whizzer E bar? Or any other manufacture? If so, please send the part number?
Looking for a hall 49 generator. Do you have the bi lite bulbs? I need the larger candle power bulb. I have a 21 candle power and need one for a 700 mag generator
Thanks for the reply but no, the mount if reversed will be impossible to attach to the motor. The angle will only work the way I have it mounted. I’m afraid to take the bracket off as it seems the pivot is spring loaded. Not sure if it will go back together easily.
Does anyone have info or schematic on the exhaust mount pivot for the Hall 49 Generator used on a Whizzer motor? Seems that mine pivots so high In the up position that it almost hits the exhaust casting. When in the down position, it misses the flywheel by over a 1/4 inch. Is their an...
Thanks Wes but I just figured it out, I removed a spring clip that stops the shaft from going down in deeper and gave it a tap. The plug popped out undamaged. This allowed me to tap it out from the plug side. The shaft is already in my 300 motor.
Can anyone tell me if there is a easy way to remove the cam post from the Whizzer motor case and save the aluminum plug that goes in a recess on the backside of the motor. I never removed one and any tip will be helpful. I’m assuming this shaft presses out from the backside.
I have a set of 26” range n gutter fenders that are painted black. I had a set of these chromed and have them on my B10E. I’ll let the black set go for $75. Plus shipping. No braces.
I wouldn’t take this publication as gospel. You could have a 1950 if yours has a 300 engine. I never saw a Pacemaker fender with painted tips and that’s why I’m asking if anyone out there has one.
I saw a post on the internet that said the 1950 Whizzer Pacemaker only came in maroon and had the same pinstriping as the 1949 except the front tip was painted a solid color. Does anyone have an original paint 1950 Pacemaker that could send me a pic of the front and rear pinstriping?
I have a NOS pair. The white walls have some yellowing but I think white wall cleaner would remove the yellow. Never mounted on rims. I have to get $125 plus actual shipping for the pair. If interested, e-mail [email protected]
