I have a women's frame Hawthorne. Inch pitch drivetrain, with a New Departure model D hub.. It has peaked fenders. Do the fenders narrow down the year of manufacture? The serial number is 64SN, found on bottom bracket, which may mean it's a 46. Thanks Pete
