Difficult to say with this only pic, but saddles, front fender, brakes, etc... are not correct.
The leather bags looks like swiss one, but again difficult to say with this only pic.

The most expensive part is the leather frame bag. I was lucky to find mine for free with the help from a friend. But sometimes it can cost as much as the bike itself!

It seems that only 500 model of that particular bike was made, based on the ww2 BSA folding bike.
