I measured them both it's funny that they're the same from Center to Inside Edge roughly 10 and 3/4 but looking at them the drop Center wheel should just measure the shorter difference I did this on my Schwinn rims and some other drop centers that are not Schwinn they all measured the same I...
I call them the same just because they use same 26"x2.125" tiers. After reading your post I will measure them but I think there the same inside diameter. If there different I will let you know.
