I know this bike is kinda new for the Cabe. But thought it wouldn't hurt to ask if anyone had one. Maybe someone has one and it's not their thing. It doesn't have to be complete or all og. It would be cool to do rat build for cruising to get a beer. I'm in British Columbia but I am considering...
Just purchased this bike from a local collector . It is posted in buynsell. I am very excited to own this bike but am wondering about a few things being period correct or not. It definitely has an older repaint on it and black paint can be seen under the green.
It does have chain tread single...
Didn't know where to post this but had to show it to the fine folks on the CABE.

It's a little pricey but looks to be all there. Could be an earlier model with the triplex cranks.

If someone local hasn't already got that orange one do you want to grab it for me.
I was hoping someone could help with what model this bike is so I can know what kind of fenders and chain guard to look for. Perhaps someone has a more complete bike they can post a picture of. Serial #MOS-M MOD 502 237. I think it's a 1956 other than that I have not seen another example of one...
I really need some help here I just brought this home. Yes it's all original, yes it came from the original owner but does any of that even matter, IT'S A SKATE BIKE!! Well whatever I think it's cool and I only ever seen one in a magazine when I was a kid. ( then totally forgot about them until...

He's asking $350. Fork is bent but it looks like it has a block chain.
So on the latest episode of Pawnstars Rick bought a BSA Airborne/Paratrooper for $500 without calling in the "expert" . So the expert comes in later in the episode and tells rick it was like WW2 ended and the bike was put in an attic and forgotten about could be worth $5000. It was completely...
I believe this to be a Racycle model 150A frame The outline from where the headbadge was can be seen below the model # badge. It comes with the non drive side crank arm and pedal. The seatpost is not stuck. I have not been able to find much information on this model. It appears as though the...

Found this on my local CL. Not sure if it's been posted on here. I booked the day off of work to hopefully sell more stuff then I buy.
Just wondering if anyone makes these or has any. I have got a couple ccm bikes from the 40's that have these but they are ratty and won't stay on the bars.
Two different adds. The one with the old springer looks neat.

Just found these baskets want to see if there is interest. Will sell for $50 plus shipping. That's the catch this is 6.5 lbs 22"x16"x9" .
About the basket they are nos and stacked inside each other so it takes some force to get them appart. There is a little bit of wear where the baskets rested...
Just got this 1937 CCM Delivery frame and I am wondering if anyone has a basket and how much they go for. Not in a really big hurry to get one I have a few projects on the go and I am just getting an idea of if it's going to be too pricey or not.
I just got this frame and was hopeing for some help with a year or some history. A photo of a complete bike would also be very helpful. I can't find any serial numbers but is is badged Ivanhoe it is a double layer badge that reads Cycle & Motor co Limited torono ont. I can't quite read it all...

I need some advice before I purchase this. I know this is not old but I still want it but I have no idea how much they are selling for. Also what do I need to look for things that could need repair or need fixing. It doesn't seem like there is too much to these bikes. This one has a 48" wheel.
I am new to the hobby and I have two bikes from the 70's I am currently getting back in working order. 1 has a sturmey archer 3 speed and the other has a shimano 333. The question I have is, do you have to stop pedaling in order for theses hubs to shift properly?
Thanks in advance
I know this isn't rocket science but I drilled some holes in some 1/2" plastic flats and put some spare studs I had laying around. These were the only 1/2" pedals I could find. Now I can leave the one piece cranks on my klunker until I find some suitable 3 piece cranks or a derailer drive...
I just got this bike and at around the same time there was a thread with someone who had the same bike but theirs was more original so it was no where near as awesome as this one. In that thread there was a link or a list with serial # date codes and I deduced that this fame is a 41 but I can't...

Just got this today. A yard art rescue. It's rusty, dirty and the forks are bent but I didn't pay too much. Anyone know what year. And where I can find the serial numbers. It's 24". Now I can try some of the cleaning techniques I have been reading about.
#1 Is this really from the 50's

#2 And is this one really worth this much

It's more a "period correct rat rod" than a restoration as most of the parts are off a 70's donor bike. All that I had of original parts is frame fork and chain ring.
I need some advice. This airborne was in need of repaint when I got it it was painted black runs everywhere. The hinge has been welded shut and the only original parts are the frame fork and chainring that had been welded to an eighties aluminium crank arm. So I have finished painting and was...
